July Patient of The Month
I can truly say that my life will forever be changed from having met Dr. Christine in February of 2008. When I first started with Dr. Christine, I was depressed and had been having digestive issues for years. She was able to diagnose my problems and gave me many pointers on eating, drinking and digestive enzymes and when I listen to her, I feel healthier than I have in the past 5 years. One of the things I have changed the most in my life since having met her, is that I almost never take drugs anymore. I can’t even pick up a bottle in a store or my house that I don’t think about her and usually put it down. Whether it is for a headache, intestinal issues, insomnia–whatever–I stop and think about what Dr. Christine has taught me and I try to do without. I admit, I’m not the best patient and I need to be more consistent with my enzymes so I can feel healthy all the time instead just weeks at a time.
The other thing that I have changed since meeting Dr. Christine is grocery shopping. Everybody knows that eating fruits and vegetables is good for you and you should eat them and I do…but just like other people, I add garbage to my diet. I learned more about healthy eating and what the garbage in packaged foods does to a body from her, than anywhere else in my life. I have been in and out of chiropractic care for 10 years, but this past year and a half is the first time I have been consistent and I can tell the difference. I have been off of asthma medication for the first time since I was 16, I have been off anti-depressants and my body just feels better when I get adjusted regularly. I get sick less often and when I do get sick, it is less severe, especially if I get adjusted as soon as I start to feel ill.
My son is also a big fan of Dr. Christine’s and loves to come to her office. He just turned 6, and in the year and half since he has been seeing her has hardly been sick, is less constipated, sleeps better and says he always feels good when he leaves her office.
The last thing I want to add is that Dr. Christine has an amazing staff. I never feel like I’m walking into a business office when I walk in, although they are extremely professional, I feel like I’m visiting friends. Everyone is so kind and helpful and pleasant, it just makes the whole experience positive. I’m very excited to have been asked to be the first patient of the month and I look forward to seeing new patient testimonials when I visit. By the way, if you have not attended one of Dr. Christine’s digestive talks, you must–you don’t know what you are missing and it could save your life!
